We are a family-run pop-up business located in the heart of Toronto – and we are passionate about cashmere. Our mission is to bring you carefully curated, pre-owned 100% cashmere clothing that has been meticulously restored to impeccable condition so you can indulge in these luxurious garments at a fraction of their original cost without compromising on quality.
Every year our skilled team sort through thousands of 100% cashmere garments choosing only the best pieces, and then restores them to pristine condition – hand washing, depilling, steam ironing, and mending any small imperfections. When we finish restoring a sweater it truly is in like-new condition!
We hold a pop-up sale once a year (during November and December) out of a storefront in Toronto’s West End. As a seasonal business, we spend the rest of the year carefully sourcing & processing our cashmere to ensure we have the best selection for our sale.

Meet the TeaM
Noble Cashmere began with our founder, Liz Noble, who has called Toronto’s West End home for over 30 years. Liz has always had a passion for creativity. After studying fine art at university, she started a children’s clothing brand; often repurposing discarded cashmere sweaters as her materials (the beginning!).
Following a career shift into teaching, Liz continued to nurture her love for cashmere by restoring and repurposing damaged sweaters for friends and family. What started as a hobby quickly grew into Noble Cashmere! The first pop-up was held in her home in 2018, and it’s been growing ever since. Today, Liz runs the business full-time with her creative partner—and niece—Odessa Dobbie.
Odessa, Noble Cashmere's creative & managing director is a Toronto-based ceramicist and avid proponent of bio-informed design. Her love for the natural world and sustainable living practices brings a unique perspective to the brand. When she’s not working on cashmere, she enjoys experimenting with food and researching to deepen her understanding of anything and everything that crosses her path.
Whether they’re transforming old sweaters into something new, or spending time outdoors with their dogs foraging for mushrooms and dreaming about the future of Noble Cashmere, Odessa and Liz love to talk all things cashmere.
